Best current private server?
Im gonna start WoW but because of monthly sub. I can't play it (My Family is income is low) What's currently the overall best private server you could recommend? serverlist101.com

What exactly are you looking for? Vanilla/TBC, Wrath, Cata, Pandas, etc? Private severs mainly focus on Vanilla and Wrath. TBC servers do exist but just not as much, and Cata is slowly starting to creep up. Pandas and so on aren't as popular though so don't get your hopes up about that.
The best (although subject to personal preference) Cata is Apollo currently. For Wrath, Sunwell is about to launch its fourth F R E S H server on the 27th. Vanilla is a little hard to nail down though as servers launch and die pretty quick because a fair amount of servers tend to be exposes for corruption - although this was years ago when I played Vanilla, I doubt it's still a problem.
Personally I find myself mostly hyped about Cata because I main a Disc Priest and Cata is my favorite time to be one, so Apollo servers get my favorite vote. Apollo II is the current server of focus by them and last I heard it's nearing the end of Firelands and just about to start Dragon Soul
I don't know any of the WoW expansions, So I guess the one that is the best overall
It used to be vanilla and wrath, but since classic it's mostly tbc and wrath, vanilla servers are not doing well atm
But hyjal and tbc will release soon so it will revert to vanilla and tbc dominating the scene
Tauriwow, hands down the most honest and least bugged private server.
If u wanted full wow progression experience, go to server thats still progressing like cata apollo 2. The answer to ur question is gonna be so biased.
If u ask my biased opinion, its gonna be tauri mop & cata apollo 2. And i bet if tauri make a fresh mop, its gonna be probably the best all around exp
Tbh, if you like wrath wait for the sunwell new server that's coming end of this month... Play on warmane pvp server or ascension for example while you wait maybe
The best server will depend on what you're looking for ofc, in case you're looking for a chill Vanilla server with friendly players and custom content i can recommend Turtle WoW :)
If you're want to feel the game new again, I'd suggest you Vanilla Plus

for new ppl, Warmane for sure. Most populated one is Icecrown but all lv 80s already. Lordaeron is also pretty good.
apollo 2 if you are new to wow and want to progress, all pre 85 content is friendly af, wotlk content wasnt that friendly when i played wow first time
Warmane if pay to win doesn't bother you. Sunwell launching a new WOTLK server later this month.
My sub to classic expires shortly, and when it does I am going back to Warmane Lordaeron. In my personal opinion, that is the least flawed server out there. The only glaring flaw is that it is 5 years old now. I'd prefer a fresh server that allowed me to find players to progress through Ulduar with, but I can't get everything I want.
I think they just reset the x1 server to fresh
I’d suggest warmane. Its really really long term, my account is from 2010 and still working.
