Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 7 of December 1973, to Mr. and Mrs. Tim Oyakhilome, as the first son of the family. After his primary and second education, he enrolled in Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where he received a BSc. in Architecture.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his ministry while he was still an undergraduate student at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship currently Believers LoveWorld Incorporated, was at that time known as Youths For Christ.

The InnerCity Mission to children is an evangelical nongovernmental Organisation. The NGO was started in 2005 to assist vulnerable, low-income orphaned children around the world.

Children and their families are helped by the foundation's sustainable and participatory interventions. These include child care programmes as well as child development programs and programs to strengthen families.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was established to increase the life expectancy and health status of local communities. This foundation will help support the national policies for trauma treatment by providing their advocacy as well as health education and community-based initiatives.
