Chris Oyakhilome Background Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome and was born on the 7th of December, 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome. After his primary and second education, he attended Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where was awarded a BSc. in Architecture.
AAU also awarded the honourary Doctor of Science prize. He is also a doctoral honorary from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. The Reverend Chris was previously married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Chris Oyakhilome ministry While in AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was in the AAU student program. He began his journey into ministry while still in AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship which is today Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was then known as the Believers' LoveWorld fellowship.
YFC increased in size, and was the largest college organization. Chris Oyakhilome Family In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the church's headquarters. The Believer's LoveWorld is home to millions of associates and followers around the globe.
With the 2002-themed miracles program, BLW became Africa’s most well-known Christian ministry. The program was canceled in May of 2004, when the president of the time, Nigeria - Olusegun Obasanjo announced that the country's president had resigned Olusegun Obasanjo announced that churches should stop airing miracles on TV.
Pastor Chris's Ministry comprises four different branches that include publishing ministry; the healing ministry, television ministry and teaching ministry. These are the ministries was used to develop the healing school, the setting for miracles, as well as the global prayer network of Pastor Chris.
Chris Oyakhilome Foundation International Future Africa Leaders' Foundation (FALF) The Future Africa Leaders Foundation has been set up to research and enhance the leadership capabilities of Africans. The foundation recognizes and assists youngsters Africans who have demonstrated exemplary leadership by impacting their generations positively. This is done through education, youth empowerment, and mentorship.
The InnerCity Mission for Children is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was established in 2005 with the intention of helping the poorest, most vulnerable orphaned and fortunate children in the world.
Oyakhilome Through participatory and sustainable programs The foundation helps families and children in need. They include children's development programs, including childcare, family strengthening programmes and InnerCity Mission for Children School.
Trauma Care International Foundation
The Trauma Care International Foundation was created to improve the health and quality of life of the local community and nation through the promotion of improved emergency response services in the event of accidents or emergencies. The foundation's goal is to achieve this goal through community-based programs and advocacy, as well as health education as well as advocacy. It also assists in implementing national policies on trauma care.
The foundation has run more than 1000 first aid emergency, safety, and training. They have taught thousands of teachers, law enforcement officers and caregivers, as well as road transport workers.
Volunteer Medical Corps The Volunteer Medical Corps (christian medical outreach) is a world-wide Christian organization that offers medical aid and assistance for those internally displaced or have been forced to flee areas affected by natural or human-made catastrophes.
The outreach team comprises paramedics, students and christian workers from all over the world. The volunteers offer relief aid, medical treatment and sustainable healthcare solutions to those living in communities and areas which are experiencing crisis.
VMC also provides health services to communities unserved as well as manpower development for doctors in the local area. VMC outreach is open to all those who have a primary purpose to improve health and humanitarian assistance for those in need.
Bible For All Nation (BFAM). Chris Oyakhilome Biography Bible For All Mission (BFAM) A christian-based group, is committed to making, producing, and global distribution of Bibles for everyone. The Bible is accessible in any language or format that they are familiar with. This ministry helps people understand God's Word and his life-changing message.
BFAM has provided hundreds of Rhapsody Bibles at no cost for people who are in prisons, hospitals communities, as well as public institutions around the world. These countries include Nigeria, Gambia Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa. Because of the strong knitted network of bible volunteer sponsors across the globe this project was made possible.
