Balanced Meals

Each food category is individually calculated to provide a balanced nutrition intake based on your diet requirements and desired weight loss, maintenance or gain. Protein

Starch

Why is it necessary to consume starchy foods? Carbohydrates provide us with energy and are the primary source of a variety of nutrients in our diet. While some believe carbohydrates foodstuffs are unhealthy, they contain less than half the calories found in fat.

Fruits and Vegetables

There are many advantages to eating fruits and vegetables, so remember to include diversity when choosing meal quantities in your diet builder. They are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, as well as fibre. They are minimal in fat and calories, as well as salt and cholesterol, even when served in cans or dried packages.
