TEARDOWN RELEASE DATE ANTI-MINECRAFT INDIE GAME WILL BE RELEASED SOON

The "physics destruction simulator" Teardown release date is confirmed and the indie game will be moving out of Steam Early Access later this month. Kirn -based simulator is the anti-Minecraft, where the goal is destruction, not creation, and Teardown 1.0 is coming very soon - with no price increase, it seems.

Developer Tuxedo Labs has confirmed that Teardown is the part-puzzle adventure and all-destruction sim, will be leaving Early Access. However, it will remain at $19.99 / PS18.49. The complete Teardown single-player campaign began in December, so it's not surprising that the final release will arrive just a few days after it.

Teardown is actually a heist-themed game with the aim of achieving an evil goal by utilizing creative destruction. Of course, there's a full sandbox mode where players can destroy entire levels in a wide variety of exciting ways. The final version features "extensive mod support and Steam Workshop integration", which already boasts over 2,000 items created by users - including everything from Minecraft pickaxes to black hole launchers, as well as maps inspired by Five Night's at Freddy's.

Teardown release date

Teardown is leaving Steam Early Access and will release on April 21 2022. It will cost $19.99 or PS18.49 - the same price that it's been for all along. Check out the 1.0 trailer below to give you an idea of what the game is about.
