THE RIGHT WAY TO CREATE SERVER RECORDSDATA FOR A CUSTOMIZED MODPACK

Creating your personal customized modpack could be a daunting job. If you're not conversant in the method, we would heavily advocate you think about using one of many pre-built packs available through the Twitch (Curse) launcher, or the ATLauncher. We've many of these accessible for set up by way of One Click Installer, and will also be happy to put in some other packs that provide server information - just ship us a message!

Beginning with Forge

All modpacks begin with Forge. You can set up Forge itself like a modpack, by selecting it from the One Click Installer page. It’s usually advised to choose the very best-numbered construct among those instructed by your mods’ authors. If you’re using an older version of Minecraft , go together with the newest Forge construct.

Creating and Uploading

Once you have a model of Forge that will work together with your mods, you'll be able to move your mods and configurations into their appropriate positions among the server information. Create a folder referred to as mods (if one doesn't already exist) in the same location because the forge and minecraft_server information and the libraries folder. Upload your whole mods into this (probably new) mods folder. Just open the File Supervisor and click on on Add File. On your computer’s file browser, select all the things that you just want to add and drag it into the upload box in File Supervisor.

Configs, and so on.

It's possible you'll also have customized configuration files to go along along with your selection of mods. You may add them to your modpack by copying them right into a folder called config at the same location as the mods folder. You'll doubtless need to create the config folder in case you have your personal config recordsdata; it isn’t created for you except you run the server program.
