Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his ministry journey while still at AAU. At the time the Believers' World Fellowship, which is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

YFC has seen rapid growth and was the largest campus church. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the location of the headquarters of the church. Believer's LoveWorld, a worldwide ministry that has millions upon millions of members around the globe is now known as Believers LoveWorld.

Through its 2002 environment for miracles program, BLW was the most prominent Christian ministry on TV in Africa. They stopped airing it in May of 2004 after the president Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria declared that churches should stop broadcasting miracles.

Pastor Chris's Ministry consists of four parts of publishing ministry (healing ministry) TV ministry (teaching ministry) and healing ministry (publishing ministry). The foundation helps these destitute children and their communities by implementing sustainable and participatory interventions which include child development programmes and childcare programs Family strengthening programmes, InnerCity Mission for Children School and more.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was established to improve the health and life expectancy of local communities and nations by promoting improved emergency response services in the event of accidents and emergencies. The foundation's goal is to achieve this through community-based initiatives and advocacy, as well as health education as well as advocacy. It also promotes national policies on trauma care.
