Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (or Chris Oyakhilome) was born on the 7th of December 1973 in the home of Tim Oyakhilome as the first child. Following his primary and secondary education, he attended Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where was awarded a BSc. in Architecture.


AAU also awarded him with an honourary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honorary doctorate of divinity from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was married to Anita Obhodaghe once, and they have two kids.

YFC increased in size, and became the biggest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church has its headquarters in Lagos. Believer's LoveWorld, a worldwide ministry that has millions upon millions of associates around the world, is now called Believers LoveWorld.

BLW was the most well-known Christian ministry on TV across Africa, through its atmosphere for miracles programme in 2002. The program was canceled in May of 2004, when the president of the time, Nigeria - President Olusegun Obasanjo announced that churches should not air miracles on TV.


Pastor Chris's Ministry includes four arms that include publishing ministry to heal and teaching on television, as well as a television ministry for television ministry. He created the healing school, the atmosphere for miracles and the Pastor Chris global prayer network from these ministries.

The foundation is positioned to support national policies concerning trauma treatment through advocacy, community-based health programs, health education and advocacy.

The foundation has carried out more than a thousand first aid, safety, and emergency response training. They have taught thousands of teachers, law enforcement officers and caregivers, as well as road transporters.
