Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (or Chris Oyakhilome) was born on the 7th of December 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome as the first child. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his ministry career while at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was then known as the Believers' LoveWorld fellowship.

YFC increased in size, and became the biggest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Chris Oyakhilome Lagos is the home of the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is a global organization that has millions and associates worldwide.

Through the atmosphere for miracles series, BLW became Africa's most prominent Christian ministry on television. The programme was canceled in the month of May, 2004 by the President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo who announced that churches would stop broadcasting miracles on TV.
