The financially struggling Parq Vancouver project has a new equity for more partner and has refinanced its massive initial loans. The financing solves some immediate issues for the project, but also raises new questions about the future of the splashy, downtown Vancouver hotel and casino complex, which was billed as the “largest private development in B.C.” and positioned as offering a luxury resort experience when it opened in September 2017.
