The Kerem Tunnel, Israel's newest cycle tunnel, was constructed as a part of an extensive cycle path that is a loop around the capital.

The tunnel is located along the Nahal Refaim-Emek Motza path. The southern entrance is in Refaim Park under Ein Laban. נווה פריצקי The northern entrance, Nahal Ein Kerem, is about half a kilometer away from the Kerem junction.

A total of NIS 25 million were put into in the project.
