2. Duly-signed Personalized cancelled cheque or Self- Attested and signed bank passbook copy/ bank statement copy (with latest one month’s transaction details)
3. KYC details (Aadhar card, Pan card) (masked aadhar)

 

Note - Whenever you are providing aadhaar card then it should be masked aadhaar number which implies replacing of first 8 digits of Aadhaar number with some characters like “xxxx-xxxx” while only last 4 digits of the Aadhaar Number are visible. You can also hide the 8 digits by placing a plain paper above them.
