We request you to kindly submit the below documents to any of our nearest branches through your relationship manager or in person.

1. Duly-filled Personal Detail Change Form (as attached).

2. KYC document.

3. Hand written application:- application stating as NRI customer, we cannot visit TATA AIA branch and error you are facing.

Please note that as per the latest guidelines across the organization, All the customers visiting our branches need to be vaccinated with at least one dose, minimum two weeks prior to the date of entry. Or else, they need to carry a Negative RT-PCR report (taken within 72 hours) from the time of visit & also have Aarogya Setu Installed in their mobile phones for checking the status.

Step 4: Submit Policy Number and Captcha & Click on Submit.

Step 5: Submit the Email Id and OTP (OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number).

Step 6: Finally Email Address will get registered within 1 day (24 hours).
