We wish to inform you that your email ID is not registered with us. As a measure of security and in the interest of our policyholder, we will be unable to process your request for surrender in your policy.
We have various self-service options available with us to help you update your personal details:
Website:
You can now update your email ID directly through our website by following the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Visit Tata AIA Life Insurance Company,: Best Life Insurance Plans in India
Step 2: Go to ‘Where Do I’ tab
Step 3: Click on ‘Get Quick Services> Email ID Updation>
Step 4: Submit Policy Number and Captcha & Click on Submit.
Step 5: Submit the Email Id and OTP (OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number).
Step 6: Finally Email Address will get registered within 1 day (24 hours).
Portal:
Personal details updation can also be done online using your My Digi Account if your policy is registered on our website. Kindly visit our website on the following link and select Option - Online Transactions: https://myinsurance.tataaia.com/
Through this process, you will be able to access all your policy-related details, generate statements like premium certificates, unit statement etc. real time! Pay your premiums online and can also raise any requests.

We would like to introduce with our New Customer Portal – “My Digi account” with revamped user interface to simplify customer self-service with additional features to make self-servicing hassle free and easy.
New User Registration steps:
Click on sign up.
Enter any one value - Policy owner Mobile Number/ E-mail ID / Policy Number.
Enter policy owner DOB in DD/MM/YYYY format.
Enter correct OTP received on policy owner registered contact number and email ID.
When OTP matches with our backend record then password setup screen will appear.
Set password of your choice which should be minimum 8 characters and must carry special character like @, #, $, %, &.
Confirm the password again; if it matches then password will be set for the policy.
You will see confirmation page, post that you need to login again with password.
Note:
If in case insured is trying to login or register then he/she needs to contact policy owner for getting OTP.
On continuous 3 wrong OTP account will be locked for 24 hours.
