This is with reference to your query regarding the GST waiver via email dated 27th September 2022. Your service request number 81915737 which you can track at all on our touchpoints.

We shall inform you that as per our record your policy's upcoming premium due date is on (17th October 2022) and for which you need to pay a premium amount of Rs. 3,75,240.00 annually (with GST) or you can pay a premium amount of Rs. 3,18,000.00 annually (without GST).

We would like to inform you that for GST waiver you can pay the premium amount with or without GST on below given beneficiary details:

Beneficiary Details :-

1. Bank Name - The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation
2. Beneficiary Name - Tata AIA Life insurance Co. Ltd.
3. Beneficiary Account:  Static numbers to be used for ‘C’ i.e. 3002(policy number) for 'U' i.e. 3003(policy number) .The account number will be numeric 13 digit number- 4 digit code and 9 digits policy number. Please add your policy number of 9 digits and ensure total length of VA should be of 13 digits.

 In case VA’s length will  reduce to 12 digits in any case, it will be construed as actual account number in banks system (Bank have 12 digit account numbers) and money will go to that respective beneficiary, hence  kindly ensure length of VA to min 13 digits or more to avoid above scenario.

Post premium payment we shall request to share below mentioned documents, once we receive the documents GST waiver request will be processed within 5 days.

1. NRE bank statement (debit premium amount needs to be reflected on the bank statement)
2. Foreign address proof(if the address in is a different language kindly provide the vernacular declaration along with the address mentioned in English)

NOTE: GST waiver is only applicable for the current financial year 2022-2023.
