Greater Noida West is turning out to be not only India’s but also Asia’s most planned City. It was conceptualized as a metro city with wide roads, transport infrastructure, parks, sports stadia, and shopping malls. What was initially just dust and grime, is now turning out to be the most sought after address in the NCR region.

The property rates are still less than Noida and Greater Noida, yet the layout, development, and infrastructure of Greater Noida West is set to surpass its neighboring cities. Metro train services are slated to start in 2020 while local bus services are already operational.
