- Are you able to print from any other application (MS Word or Excel)?
-What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC? To check the version of the application use the link
Also, check for any missing update and try updating the application to the latest version 19.21.20049 released on 24th Oct 2019. For more details please use the link
