We wish to inform you that kindly provide us the below mentioned required documents to process your request further for NEFT updation:

1. NEFT form. (as attached)
2. KYC details. (Aadhar card, Pan card)
3. Duly-signed Personalized cancelled cheque or Self- Attested and signed bank passbook copy/ bank statement copy. (with latest one month’s transaction details)

Note - Whenever you are providing Aadhaar card then it should be Masked Aadhaar number which implies replacing of first 8 digits of Aadhaar number with some characters like “xxxx-xxxx” while only last 4 digits of the Aadhaar Number are visible. You can also hide the 8 digits by placing a plain paper above them.

Post receiving the documents, and same your request shall be processed within 03 days.
