Also, the soft copy containing policy certificate, premium receipt, copy of proposal form, terms and condition documents, Sales illustration sheet and FAQs are also uploaded in your eIA account.

  • Enter user id and Password
  • Select policy

          Login into your e-IA account

          Enter user id and Password

2)      Tata AIA Customer self-service portal:

          Login to your account

          Click on My Policy Details

          (Scroll down to the end of the page) – Click on Policy Documents

 

3)      WhatsApp:

         Ping ‘Hi’ on 7045669966 from your registered mobile number and then Type “P” to get your unit statement instantly.
